Increasing the leadership capacity and expression within key leaders in an organization is one of the most effective strategies to achieve organizational goals. We partner with executives, and key leaders in a relationship that they don’t have anywhere else. Each coaching engagement provides a confidential, safe environment with a skilled coach to ask as an impartial partner, focused on whatever is most important for the coachee to discuss. In this space, greater self-awareness, clarity and insight is developed and action and growth is the outcome.
It is our goal to help organizations design systems and structures that create an environment where a positive and healthy organizational culture can be cultivated. From our unique perspective, we can audit the organizational design and the current state of the culture, and discover new and creative ways to increase engagement. This work often leads us to design and deploy engagement assessments, and work to advance a culture of coaching, effective 1:1’s, feedback, and effective communication.
